Five American women served in Vietnam. Their experiences were real, specific, and largely absent from the historical record. This production was built from their own words: oral histories shaped into theatrical form without flattening what made each woman distinct.

The stage production has traveled from Off-Broadway to the Edinburgh Fringe to Italy and Australia. The radio adaptation, broadcast on NPR, received a Gracie Award from the Alliance for Women in Media in 2025.

It remains one of the most important works this company has made, and it continues to find new audiences.
